Were were initially told we lived too close to an open area. I asked for an on-site inspection and was approved.
I had a car stolen as well and it was a battle with StateFarm to prove value. The adjuster finally caved after I sent them a recent photo with our (then) puppy sitting in front of the car. That photo ‘proved’ the value I was asking for. After that, we talked longer about dogs than cars.
