I know that neighborhood well. Out past the Lone Star Bar. When I was in Grad school we lived off City Line Avenue. One July 4th we went to a big concert at the Art Musuem and tried to take a short cut back instead of Kelly Drive. We ended up in bumper to bumper traffic for 2 hours in that hood. The only comfort was knowing there were more people in cars than bullets in their guns.
