I haven’t stopped paying rent I pay it to my savings account!
There is no one else to give my money to. Maybe I should donate it? Anyone have a cause? Should I continue pay rent to a girl (I say girl because she is 20 years old) who bought 7 homes without a job and no assets she is a NINJA. She has declared bankruptcy! I offered to the bank but they will not call me back.
You suggest I just move out let the home sit and let the grass go brown, let my neighbors cuts the grass and the hedges, let the vandals, drug addicts and homeless move in (Wait I’m homeless?)I think the neighbors would love for their property values to continue to decline ever more than it has and will?
Have you ever heard of rent skimmers?? I signed a one year lease. The owner never paid one mortgage payment! I was paying rent to the owner until the Default notices started coming in. I will get my one year either way!! The owner broke my contract and I’m entitled to the full year just ask my lawyer!
