I haven’t seen anyone mention the price of the various units, just the rent. In the OP’s case, how much are they going for? There are rents quoted for various units ranging from 900 to 1500 but no menion of cost, for those of us keeping score at home, it would be nice to know the purchase price in formulating advice.
