I have to add something here as well. I had one good experience with Battiata. It had to do with a listing I had and Battiata was very gracious with regard to reuse of his previous photos.
In a posting way back when I posted about how I had a good experience with them. Since then however I have had another with them from a buyers side. I found his staff and office to be unresponsive with questions I submitted on behalf of listings for each client of mine. Phone calls were not returned at all and getting quality responses back was very challenging…My client eventually threw in the towel and gave up.
