I have only had one and was clean and have another year before I need another. But, yea, doing it every year would suck and the pill camera, forget it…btw, my brother-in-law ended up passed out in his driveway and they found out his lower intestine was fused (?) to his stomach? He is now in the hospital. Appreciate you health.
