I have many times seen “Buyer to verify information.”

Which I would think could also mean you need to verify square footage. I’ve also seen some listings that don’t even indicate sf.

I would hope the sf is somewhat accurate, at least attempted to be, but if sf were an issue for me, I would definitely doublecheck it.
