I have a new listing in the mid 400’s. I have received about 10 inquiries from interested parties with 20% or more down to buy this centrally located home in a nice area/school district etc. I expect it will sell quickly at market value but will not get bid above. There seem to be lots of folks who know what they want to spend and will wait until they find what they want at the price they want. Right now, I think I have what they want.
