I have a long-standing worry that once the dollar drops near a potential tipping point that it might invite another terror attack on a US financial center. This would be bad.
However, at this point, we might (as a nation) become fed up with the various sponsors of these terror acts and actually retaliate in a meaningful way. We do posses more WMD’s then anyone else, after all.
