I had to run over to Kaiser for an X-ray Sat. and was a little early so I drove around DH for a little while, it wasn’t bad. On the way home I took the new Twin Oaks Valley road, and the drive through SEH is a bit slow. However it is impressive the view of the ocean you have from up there. Since moving here three years ago SEH is the only development I’ve visited since in my mind most new developments aren’t that appealing because of HOA/Mello Roos. I did like those views though.
DH is more established and like Bugs said more convenient.
In the end I think it just makes my commute to UTC too difficult.
