I found the initial comments boring – why bother stating the obvious. “Take action, stop complaining” – it’s a well worn message, nothing new there. And yet as a person from the DC area myself, the lack of originality fits.
Writing letters/emails to congress – waste of time, will be in the trash in a nano-second.
The most effective action the average citizen can take: educate yourself on the issues and candidates and then vote accordingly. Sorry, I just had to state the obvious.
