I figured out who’s buying these million dollar row houses. Drug dealers. Okay. Now I can rest easy that the Earth is not spinning off its axis and everyone is insane.
As I said, I know a cop who works P.B. I hear stories all the time. What you posted is just a normal day there. That’s why I say, it takes a special kind of person to tolerate that on a daily basis. And usually that would not be someone w/a million dollars.
I can understand the desire to be near the beach. That makes sense. But you can get just as new and nice a place in L.J. for that price. That just tells me P.B. is overpriced. But when they sell, then that just mysifies me.
Maybe P.B. will defy all odds and they won’t see any price drops.
