I figure I would revive this thread, given the official announcement that the recession ended last Summer.
Looks like Roubini was right about the 18 mo recession, but I was right that the pain of the recession would be felt well after the end.
Also, I guess we won’t know for a year if we are in a recession today – just as the end-date of the first recession was announced.
I’m still happy with this call – though I may be off by a quarter here-or-there:
