ebcause I also don’t want to be financially screwed down the line, meaning, to me, it’ll cost me more than $15,000 to leave the house with my credit rating intact if I stay there more than 5 years. I’d prefer to live ina society that wasn’t so whacko, where it wasn’t all such a giant gamble to do something as mundane as buy a home.
