I don’t think there is one piggington regular who is shallow enough to think San Diego “has it all”.
I think most have traveled extensively and would know that some stuff out in the world is better than what you can find here. My travels have led me to see San Diego does not really have the best of anything,including Mexican food(super cocina on 37th and University is great).

The argument that somehow we are infatuated with our surroundings because we defend that prices are high and will be comparatively high for the forseeable future reeks of envy. At least the Imadumbass making the argument has that issue. As FSD points out , even a reasonable person who leaves for whatever reason wont deny current reality of pricing here. It takes a good meal of sour grapes to do that.
