I don’t know what’s the detail of the price range you’re talking about, so I can’t say for sure. However, if it’s ~$400k and your commission is 2.5% and you spent about $500 in gas over 200 hrs., then we’re looking about $47.50/hr. $400k can get you a small/medium size house in MM or a tiny condo in NCC, so, to me, those were always the low end. Mid range to me are ones that’s ~$600k-$800k right now.
