Have you been paying attention and even read Rich’s primer? History will always repeat itself in a cyclical market. Did you even read the OP before you respond? I don’t think he ever mentioned he’ll sell. He’ll keep it as a rental. IF he keep it for 30+ years and seeing what happen in any 30 years period, then the chance if him being under water after that is almost 0.
