I didn’t believe the Housing bubble press on how great it was in 2004
and i never believed the press on how great the iraq war was
going in 2003.
the analysis tool i used on housing was the case shiller index
and the analysis tool i use on Iraq is the casualty trend graph.
from http://www.icasualties.org or http://www.ac.wwu.edu/~stephan/USfatalities.html each one showed the iraq occupation was going
badly, even when DoD was outright lying.
the trend was all you needed to know to see it would end badly.
