I could swear the standard advice from an attorney once the property enters possible foreclosure proceedings is to stop sending in rent checks? Haven’t there been threads to this regard around here? I might be mixing up two different situations.
I wouldn’t assume the person in that situation has it easy they will have to up and find another place most likely at some undetermined time.
