I could not agree with FLU more. I am always one to say if you love the home buy the home so I guess if it is a home you love go with it. However I would consider a home that is at least on par with the other homes in the subdivision. I am not a huge fan of power lines or other attributes that are considered detrimental to the home.
If there has been a great time to borrow money the past 2 years have been such a time.
