I concur. I have a 30 yr fixed at 5.375 , 300k loan.
For me, it would be another 300 dollars a month. This could pay for more nights out at the Strip club, Vegas, Dinner dates, porn, etc.
Now this needs to be passed soon, my home is valued at 320k, and if this takes too long to come into effect, then I will be upside down, and not sure If I can qualify.
