I can’t believe that people suggest that parents who make more money should pay more towards education and the poor should pay less. We already have that system in place, check your taxes against anyone with 8 kids or someone who is poor, I’ll bet you pay more than them.
I’ve read enough, I’m gonna pull out the big gun and place the blame squarely on the catholic church. The religion of choice for the poor and the immigarants in this state, it just happens to ban birth control.
I wonder how different things would be if they changed that policy.
