I call BS. I blame it on the government and their permitting process. There are plenty of land in SD, just like there are plenty of land in Texas. Yet, how can builders continue build VERY inexpensive homes there and not there while still make a profit. Builders will build any and all kinds of homes, as long as they can do it profitably.
