I am using WaMu ( at least until they go under ;->) – I have worked with several companies / consultants that use Wells Fargo and each has had good things to say about them – I will probably take my business account there whenever WaMu bites the dust – I would go with my Credit Union (Wescom – they ROCK ! ), but they don’t do business accounts – I used BoA for a long time as they have branches pretty much anywhere I go on business travel, but I finally got fed up with their garbage ( I REALLY do not recommend BoA ! ) – Good luck with your business !
