I am seeing a lot more construction types on the road these days, seems about at least 6-7 new home tracts going up in the TV area, (WHAT!!! no one would live in that lizard habitat, don’t you know people will only buy in coastal downtown area’s from now on!!… Just kidding LOL).
If I did not know better I would say the cycle is starting (unless Europe messes everything up).
