I am kind of surprised that they haven’t offered to move you off that phone. Usually when a turd phone goes into the market they try to migrate people off the phone because if the phone continues to fail it usually cost that carrier money to continually replace it. One problem that beleaguers the carrier is that it may not be the model but who they sub-contracted out to build the phone. Carriers vigorously test phones before they go into a market and one thing Verizon is famous for is their phone testing. This always has been a marking point for critics that Verizon’s phones are behind the cool curve. One of the reason are because they are not early adapters of new cool phones because they are busy making sure that the phone is of very good quality before its release. So your phone met stringent testing standards but the production model from XYZ China assembly could be a big turd.
This is what you are going to hear from their lawyers.
I looked at Verizon’s phones offering and they don’t even offer this phone new anymore. Only pre-owned. Plus there are many reviews that state what you said.
The phone made it past the warranty date so I don’t know that it is even worth it… Plus you might want to include LG themselves in your lawsuit if you press on…
CE…
PS FLU… I propably should change my name to UMTS/LTE ENG… 😛
