I am heavily involved in coaching youth sports as well working with some hitters in HS and college. So I can’t spend that extra 1 hour a day on the road. I generally come in 7:30 take off at 4:30 and if I have to work late I do it at the house later in the evening. (Knock on wood). Because of the extra bus ride from Sorrento to the office I just can’t afford the extra time.
I drive a Chevy Impala as I am strictly a GM guy, but I’ll watch their hybrid trucks.
In any case our situations are different because for me it’s not subsidized. So $9-10/day for added to 1 solid extra hour of commute time doesn’t pencil out.
