I am commenting not just about this case but for all traffic tickets. Hire a lawyer. My wife has four tickets in the last three years. The lawyer was able to get three tickets dismissed and one ticket fine reduced signicantly and the cost of ticket school waived. The lawyer charges just $50 a case. What she (her assistant) does is file a long extension immediately and then again if necessary (delay tactic?).
