Since I already own a house, my next house will be at a absolute bottom. I’m giving up money by not selling at the peak so I’ll make it up at the bottom.
5yes, my advice is don’t buy now. If there’s just one good deal now, there’ll be plenty more later. I would not buy unit there are at least 5 great deals to choose from. If you wait, you’ll get the granite that you want for free.
This year’s Black Friday sales are soon to be advertized. But if you can do without the house this year, wait until next year’s Black Friday sale.
