I agree with most of the responses. The only part I would flag is the comment about interest rates.
That is really a concern. Get good recommendations for a loan broker.
I am of the opinion that this winter (nov/dec) is likely to be lower than next winter.
We will see though. There seem to be yet more variables at play than currently obvious.
