I agree that, regardless of the fact that SV (92121) may have a different zip code from other parts of MM, and does seem to have some very nice appreciation, per sdlookup.com, residents are still living the MM lifestyle for all intensive purposes–schools, shopping, etc., etc.–so I don’t get the point of this entire uproar.
