I actually noticed a rental home recently that has an escalade, convertable 6 series BMW, maxima, another bmw 3 series taking over a shared driveway in 4s and the rims on all cars had to be pushing 20k for all the rims.
There is also a low income apartment complex on the west side of 4s.
