I have been watching the Temecula/Murrieta market closely myself, and I agree that if he waits, there is a definite “10” out there for him.
I was expecting a fall in prices, but the pace at which some of these properties are declining is amazing. We have a pretty solid core of contractors here in Fallbrook and Bonsall, and the number of subcontractors literally begging for work is growing. Nearly all of them are former residential subs, and nearly all of them were with KB, Pardee, Lennar, etc.
