It’s crazy, isnt it?
I stopped by the OH recently and the realtor/sellers agent is actually living in the house (renting it).
He seems to think that because the house is a “former model” with worn furniture thrown in, it’s worth $862K.
If the house sold in the $400s, I could buy an awful lot of furniture and upgrades – including a bitchin’ kitchen for that extra $400K.
My guess is that the owners are desperately upside down…and clueless!
Oh – and the Zillow estimate is hundreds of thousands $$$ less than the asking price…
