It is held by many that I am RO, which means “rather opinionated” This though is not true. I am MPO, Multipropertyowner. While I do post under multiple handles I am not RO. He is a troll. I am still debating whether or not I am a troll.
P.S. The end of an empire comes when its morals are destroyed. Currency is just one piece of the puzzle.
Oh, one more thing Jumby. If you post on this site you are not allowed to talk about doing well or gaining wealth in real estate. If you do, you will be labeled as an attention whore or someone who claims to be better then everyone because you have done well. This is the reason why 4plex was coy with his answer. He obviously began posting on this site before he knew the “mishna” or code of content. I own 18 unit’s in Encinitas at moonlight. Mine were given to me by my parents when they died. This is one of the primary ways to gain wealth in real estate. Until recently, this was the main way people got started. Sorry I don’t have any better advice.
