Hey Bearish. My wife unfortunately has had a rough year with health (she has meniere’s disease) due to the altitude and drastic barometric changes so we need to be back to sea level. We did welcome a second child after not having much success in SD so we got something great out of living here! Living here was nice, its a great city and we loved the proximity to downtown.
We listed our Denver home mid April and it sold in 3 days (market almost as crazy as SD). We close on it in a week and have found a home to move to. The home is only a year old and is nicely updated but there is carpet on the master bathroom floor and the carpet on the 2nd floor is low grade so we would like to have those items swapped out before we move in. The other items will be items to change/ add in the next year or two.
I forgot to ask if anyone has blind company recommendations. We put in custom shutters in our Denver home (Norman from China) and we would like to put them in again.
