Here is some search criteria I am looking for:

– 2br 2ba
– Close to my work near downtown
– Closer to the coast the better
– Will be easy to rent to a 20-30 year old
– Newer property (nice upgrades, nice exterior)
– Low HOA fees
– Under 250k

Looking for any help in good complexes that fit the above criteria.
