He is pro-life personally, but he thinks that the states should decide on that issue. Where is the controversy?
Then, why does he introduce federal bill to limit abortion.
But if his constituents have already paid their taxes, it is his job as their congressman to make that money work for their benefit as much as possible. That’s how I understand it.
No, they should get the money proportion to his district i.e. its population and needs, if he is true believer of less government and less waste. Yet if you look at it, it is completely out of wack with other districts with higher population.
Also, whoever said that he is not a career politician. How long has he been a Congressman? Oh yea, he said he is an advocate of term limit. Yet, he come back to be a congressman after he cited himself in the 80’s not to run for Congress again (he actually ran for the Senate but lost in 85). HYPOCRITE!!!
You know when I debate with Libertarians, I always asked do they like to die for their believes. They usually ask me why? I told them if government and social rules are so unnecessary as claim by most Libertarians. We won’t have this debate because I will kill them or beat them to submission just like the good old times (black belt and trained gun-owner). Do you think Ayn Rand can write her 1000+ page piece of fiction in peace if the society didn’t protect and embrace it? That been said, I am getting p.o. by the extreme left, too, and it appears no one will ever heard you unless you preach some forms of extremism.
