Have you looked at the area(s) where you would need to rent yet? That might be a factor influencing your decision to sell. I lean more toward the buy and hold side of the equation, but I don’t think we are at or even near the bottom. Selling now might be the best depending on the market conditions. I think the sellers see a looming crash in the economy(not just a deflating real estate bubble) and prices going even lower. Have you decided where you are going to park your money?
