Immigration pressures and solutions exist in the socioecological and socioeconomical domains. Prohibition via physical or political means is counterproductive. Do China or Japan (or Iceland or El Salvador) have an “undocumented population” problem? If not, why?
The DoD spends a few bucks every so often underwriting global population trend studies. Some of you might be concerned to find that Islamic-influenced societal birth rates far surpass those of most EU, NA, RUS and Japan. Those Mexican Catholics with their love of popping anchor babies out could be the savior of the US way of life in 3-5 generations. Something to think about…
