That is part of it, I guess. This is a blog, my son is sleeping on my left shoulder and many posters think their views are THE WORD!
I agree with most if not nearly all current purchases not being optimum deals but it is getting better,less downside risk and more properties that will turn out to be good deals or true bargains in the mix gradually.Very interesting, all in all.
