If Qualcomm is $103/share. That’s a lot more capital people have to spend on a house. And while not everyone works at QC or has stock in QC, those that do along with other semi that have been doing very well (minus Intel) have a huge advantage now versus 4 months ago in March.
Along with low mortgage interest , now you’ll have more people that can come up with the down payment required to qualify for these loans, which I suspect is the main reason preventing a lot of people from buying.. don’t have the down payment. I don’t think we should discount that for some, they haven’t really been impactedmbyncocod.mandninnmanuncases,they are doing better.
