God is doing you favors. Hang on to your cash. We’re headed into the worst economy in many decades. Do not fall in love with a property. It’s inanimate. Wait until Jan 1, 2009. Then look again. I think you’ll like what you see. But it’s gonna get a lot worse before it gets better. This is global and very bad!
