Go find a property that for some reason or another only a cash buyer can get and it will be cheap.The playing field might not be level maybe it never has been. Play the hand you are dealt to win.You are not a bulk buyer nobody is going to stop any of this.Bulk buyers are detached buyers because of this and the banks feel like it is somehow better the get rid of these houses cheap. Detached buyers who will take the best deal and not worry about being spoiled get better deals.Other wise you and a million other people looking for the same house are going to drive the price up.
