get used to eating salads with a vinegar based dressing, it takes a little getting used to, but you can make awesome salads. cook up some chicken breast on the grill, slice it thin and season the heck out of it, then have it for dinner, take the extras and chop them up and put them in a baggy. Then make your salad every day and throw them in the salad, super fast to make and very satisfying. You can pile lettuce very high, it takes longer to eat, and is filling with low calories. Just be mindful of what you eat it with.
