FWIW, I just got 5 calls this morning on a listing I have up my way which is about what I had been getting each of the 1st 3 weeks. I figured something must be up and ran a search on inventory. You can count on 1 hand the number of comparable listings in this area in its price range. To give you an idea of how big the market is, I would estimate there are close to 5,000 homes in this submarket I would put up in this class. It caught me completely off guard.
I didnt have the possibility of rising prices on the table but I would have to now. This area is prime for the corporate relo crowd who will start arriving soon on home shopping trips and there is nothing for them to buy right. Anything could happen and it probably will…
