I’ve been trying to understand that for 2+ years – makes no sense to me. I can’t think a of good reason other than the Carlsbad address.
Like you said, the schools are the same.
As you turn onto SEH road there is a sign that says “leaving Carlsbad” right before OCR. I call that the $100K sign!
