As I said, I can’t figure out a context where this:

isn’t racist. What blacks? The blacks in logan heights? The blacks from Somalia that live in south central Phoenix? Those from urban Detroit? Or Memphis? That you think there is such culture in the black community, that is significantly different than the thousands of white, brown, and Asian communities is mind-blowing. Have you ever spent any time in Philly? In South Boston?
