I wouldn’t count HP just yet. I have a gut feeling that once Windows 8 comes out, their fortune might change. With this layoff, they’re also getting their cost more in control as well. So, if top line growth returns/improve, they might be sitting pretty. We’ll know more this time next year if my prediction is correct.
