FLT, I am as Asian as you can get and still didn’t get anywhere with Pardee. I think they just snooty all around in CR unless you pull up with in a Benz. There were two blondes ahead of us pulled into the curve with AMG55 and the sales folks seem to be nicer or gave them more attention. I drive a Honda and obviously that didn’t help my case.
The sales folks in Arabella are very friendly, willing to listen and answer your questions as much as they can. It is just strange that one is more eager to get your business whereas the other didn’t give a rat a$$. I know resale seems better at the moment but I don’t want to spend 900K for a 2500 sqft that is over 5 years old unless that price drops down to the 750K range. Time will tell…hopefully soon.
